helpAfter choosing one or more items from the catalog (clicking the cart button), you can display under the cart section the list of selected articles and start the procedure of purchase (or make changes to the list of items).
For Italy, payment can be made cash on delivery, with credit card, bank transfer in advance or, only for registered customers, with customized conditions.
For the other countries, payment can be made with credit card only.
Anyway, cash on delivery is not available if your order includes items from "Lamps for projectors". In this case the order is not undoable.
New customers can access the section without a customer number (which will be assigned automatically with the first purchase).
After selecting the products to purchase just click on the button and you will get a confirmation page containing the purchase procedure. At this point you must enter your personal details and choose a password, which will be used for subsequent connections.
The system automatically assigns a code to new customers, displayed during the purchase process and, for safety, sent via e-mail to the address specified by the customer.
After entering your code and password the button "details" activates. Clicking on it opens a page where you can modify your details.
The "X" button deletes the entire row containing the item.
The "Recalculate" button, next to the quantity, updates prices.
You can also see a picture and the technical details of the selected items by clicking on the code of the article.
Clicking the orders button opens a page with the list and the status of orders placed. In addition to the date, appears the title assigned to the order by the customer.
Clicking on the date or the name of the order it's displayed the detail of the order, which contains, inter alia, any information relating to carrier, date of shipment and waybill.
Clicking the shipments button opens a page with the list of the underway shippings, which contains information relating to carrier, date of shipment and waybill.

For orders below € 25,00 excluding VAT and transportation costs, we are forced to charge € 7,50 more for order handling and packaging costs.

You can enter your customer number and password in the "Login" page. In this way the list of items will be updated with the application of any customized conditions.
If a registered customer does not insert code and password, the prices displayed will be those of the price list.
Please remember that to qualify for bulk discounts you do not need to be registered.
